On the job learning
In late August 2011, teacher trainees from Laidlaw’s School of Education descended upon Weymouth Primary School and Riverhead School for a ‘Service in Practice Day’ in each school.

A crowd of some 70 people gathered at the new Epsom Baptist Study and Retreat Centre at the end of July to celebrate the launch of Martin Sutherland's latest book.
Eight decades of alumni gathered together
Graduates from BTI, BCNZ and Laidlaw came together on 5 and 6 August for a weekend full of great conversations, rich theological teaching, inspiring and encouraging stories and delicious food.
Christchurch campus is open today
Laidlaw College Christchurch Campus is open Wednesday for morning and afternoon classes. The evening class will not meet tonight.

The Christchurch Campus of Laidlaw College is closed Monday and Tuesday, 15-16 August due to the snow.
