About Nicola Hoggard-Creegan
Nicola is senior lecturer in Theology and Dean of Laidlaw-Carey Graduate School. Nicola came to Laidlaw College in 2000 as a lecturer in systematic theology. She is interested in feminist theology and in the science/theology interface and ecotheology. She co-authored a book with Christine Pohl entitled Living on the Boundaries: Evangelical Women, Feminism and the Theological Academy, published by IVP in 2005. Nicola is currently co-editing the New Zealand and Australian theological journal, Colloquium, and is working on another book on God and Nature. She writes a regular column on science and theology for the journal Stimulus. Nicola is married with two teenage sons and attends All Saints Anglican Church in Ponsonby.
