Gordon Stewart

Following University studies, Gordon taught foreign languages at Secondary School level before he and his wife Barbara left for missions work, first in Chad and later in the Democratic Republic of Congo. Gordon taught in churches and in theological training, both in African languages and in a French Bible Institute. Returning to New Zealand, he was involved for six years in pastoral ministry at a West Auckland church. Gordon completed his MTh studies at Laidlaw College in 1999. Gordon joined the Academic Staff at the Auckland Campus in 2000.
